Bedford routes leave Manton Lane onto the Paula Radcliffe Way roundabouts and the A6, then work through Putnoe and Bridge End. The Cardington Road roundabouts bring you back towards town for the Broadway and High Street crossroads, and the longer runs use The Great Ouse Way, the A421 or the A428 out past Biddenham, Kempston and Clapham.
